We are seeking a Relationship Manager for the Private Equity business in the Eastern U.S. This role involves sourcing new business, structuring and underwriting loans, and managing relationships with private capital firms. The ideal candidate will be part of a rapidly growing, financially strong organization that offers significant career development opportunities while serving a large and profitable market. Responsibilities: Expand the portfolio of private equity and private debt firm clients by leveraging existing contacts and generating new leads to meet loan, deposit, and fee income goals. Partner with the Managing Director for the Eastern U.S. to structure innovative debt solutions that attract new clients. Collaborate with team members to complete underwriting, due diligence, and loan documentation processes. Work with product specialists to deepen client relationships by offering a full suite of banking solutions, including: Treasury management products Letters of credit Mentor team members, including Portfolio Managers and Analysts.
