Are you ready to join a top performing team? We have an exciting opportunity for a 360 Sales/Recruitment Consultant to join our Real Staffing team at SThree in San Diego. This is a chance to work with some of the top Medical Device clients on the West Coast!

Responsibilities:

• Managing the candidate delivery and client relations of the recruitment life cycle
• Driving business development to expand existing accounts and create new relationships
• Identifying the best candidates for niche job opportunities
• Managing the candidate’s experience
• Closing candidates on job offers
• Overseeing the onboarding process for recently hired ambassadors

Requirements:

As a suitable applicant, you must be:

• 6 months to 2+ years of B2B sales experience OR 1 year of 360/ Full Desk experience with a staffing agency
• Customer service oriented
• Motivated by success and career growth
• Highly competitive
• Coachable and willing to implement feedback
• Adept at building strong relationships
