A client in Goodlettsville, TN is looking for a Recruiter to join their team for 5 months. The role require you to work onsite 4 days a week, allowing one remote day at home. This is a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting role where you could be responsible for managing between 50–70 unique requisitions at any given time. The position involves full-cycle recruiting, including posting job requisitions, managing active candidate pipelines, and updating trackers in real time. A key focus is ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Responsibilities include generating offer letter requests, sending onboarding materials, processing new hire paperwork, and coordinating background checks.
