Role Description

This is a on-site position as a Recruiter at Comtech LLC. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers. They will also assist in the onboarding process and maintain communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of HR policies and best practices
• Experience using recruitment software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
