Job Description
Summary:
Strata’s receptionist is the first point of contact for guest and is also responsible for handling incoming calls, processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, managing employee breakrooms, assisting occasionally with corporate travel arrangements, and performing other related tasks.
The ideal candidate for this role is dependable, organized, and engaging. Must be able to work independently and collaborate with others. Work hours are 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday with a 30-minute lunch
break.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Welcome and process visitors
• Handle incoming calls
• Process incoming and outgoing mail daily
• Manage breakrooms and conference rooms; including procuring supplies and expensing purchases
• Assist with corporate travel, as needed
• Ad hoc tasks and duties, as assigned
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• HS or equivalent; associate or some college preferred
• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Computer proficient
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
• Work is performed in an office environment and in the field. No work from home is permitted.
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, twist and lift up to 20 pounds
