Job Description
The Remedy Corporation is looking for detail-oriented QA Mystery Shoppers to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will make outbound calls to various call centers, posing as a customer, to evaluate the performance of customer service representatives. Instead of traditional customer satisfaction surveys, you will grade the representative based on specific criteria, including communication skills, issue resolution, professionalism, and adherence to company protocols. This is a remote, work-from-home position, offering flexible hours. The role is perfect for individuals looking for a side gig that allows them to contribute to improving the quality of customer service across different industries. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound mystery shopping calls to call centers as directed Evaluate the customer service representative’s performance based on specific grading criteria Provide detailed feedback and complete a report for each call Ensure objective and honest assessments of each interaction Follow all instructions and guidelines provided for each project Requirements: Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and listening skills Ability to provide constructive feedback in a clear and concise manner Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Previous customer service or QA experience is a plus but not required Compensation: $2 per completed call If you’re interested in working remotely with flexible hours and contributing to the quality improvement of customer service, we encourage you to apply for this contract opportunity!
