This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group. What You'll Do Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. Act as a liaison between the field management staff, client accounting services, and the Property Management team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Assist with the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects as needed. Oversee the monthly forecasting process. Evaluate income and expense trends to find opportunities to improve profitability. Manage processes and procedures to support the contract execution process. Ensure the service and support provided by the team is consistent. Review and monitor business metrics data reports. Manage the database of management and leasing contract information. Point of contact to provide customer service support to internal and external clients for inquiries, and questions. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. Apply knowledge of own subject area and how own field integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues that may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems. Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job team and department. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Equal Pay Disclaimer CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the PM Market Operations Manager is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary is $140,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401k, dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.
