Job Title : Project Coordinator || Operations Coordinator

Work Location: Albuquerque NM 87109

Position Type/Duration of Assignment:– 12 months – Possible extensions

Shift: • Regular shift: M-F, This job is a mix of office and remote work (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Pay Rate: $28 – $29/hr.

A Project Coordinator helps manage projects by supporting senior managers, directors, and project managers. They ensure tasks are completed on time, track progress, and assist with documentation and communication. This role involves organizing meetings, creating reports and presentations, updating project schedules, and maintaining records.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with planning and tracking projects
• Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas/minutes
• Creating reports and project documents
• Communicating with teams and stakeholders
• Helping manage risks, budgets, and schedules
• Developing training materials and guiding employees on new processes

Required Qualifications: Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of experience in business, training, or project management OR
• 6 years of experience in business, training, or project management (if no degree)
