Our team fabricates and installs structural steel, provides and installs joists and decking, and handles miscellaneous steel components. Job Details
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department leadership to identify and bid on key projects.
Prepare accurate estimates and competitive final bids for various opportunities.
Conduct follow-ups on submitted bids to convert them into successful contracts.
Oversee all project phases, including shop drawings, material procurement, scheduling, and final completion.
Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings, working closely with customers and designers to address any challenges.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, with knowledge of structural systems.
Strong ability to read and interpret structural drawings and perform material take-offs.
A proven track record in sales, estimating, and/or project management.
Self-motivated and outgoing, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A college degree is preferred but not required.
