Description:

Responsibilities:
Tasks to be performed by the agency:
Provide assignments with requested deadlines for each assignment
Provide appropriate supporting data and documentation to complete the assignments
Provide a point of contact for each assignment for clarification and questions as needed
Definitions of all resources the agency will provide, such as hardware, software, data services, and facilities:
TDOT will not provide any property for use by the Contractor during this contract
TDOT will not provide Hardware, Software, or data services
TDOT will provide workspace to use while on site
TDOT will provide appropriate credentials for physical access to TDOT facilities
TDOT will provide access as needed to TDOT data, documentation and systems
TDOT will provide necessary access to the TDOT network

Required/Preferred:
Conduct meetings with TDOT Project Manager and key staff as needed
Contractor Project Manager and TDOT Project Manager/Approving Authority shall agree on the deadline and resources necessary for each Task Order.
Weekly status reports
Weekly communication meetings
Monthly status reports
TDOT Project Manager/Approving Authority shall approve a completed Task Order, in writing, upon confirmation of the completed task per the requirements of the agreed upon Task Order.
Admin and Training experience is required
Project Manager must be PMP Certified
