A bit about us:

Based in the Greensboro area, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. You will work closely with our clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the construction project from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that project specifications are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Manage project change orders and negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and filed appropriately.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project team members, including contractors and subcontractors.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
  • Experience with HVAC systems and mechanical projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
