We specialize in delivering complex infrastructure projects with precision and care. Our team is growing, and we're looking for a Project Coordinator to support day-to-day project activities, help streamline operations, and ensure critical deadlines and budgets stay on track.
Role Overview:
As a Project Coordinator , you'll be the connection point between our engineering, finance, and project management teams in our Naples, Florida office. You'll play a key role in organizing proposal submissions, coordinating budgets, tracking contract documents, and assisting with financial and schedule reporting. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working across departments, keeping things moving, and maintaining structure in a dynamic project environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the development and submission of project proposals and bid packages
Assist with assembling and tracking project budgets , cost reports, and forecasts
Maintain organized contract files , document logs, and compliance records
Help review and prepare documentation for vendor payments and change requests
Support scheduling efforts, status updates, and internal reporting
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep tasks aligned with project goals
Identify and suggest ways to improve internal processes and documentation workflows
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or project support role (preferably in construction, engineering, or infrastructure)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel, document management tools, and project tracking software (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet, or similar)
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
