Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Architect / Project Manager at Think Wilder Architecture. The role will involve overseeing project submittals, managing architectural projects, and leading in sustainable design practices such as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and Building Information Modeling (BIM). While the position is based in New York, NY, some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Experience in Architecture and Project Management
• Proficiency in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate within a team environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Minimum 8 years of experience
