About The Team**
The Product Operations team is focused on building the systems, rituals, and tools that power our product development lifecycle. We partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to run planning cadences, optimize processes, manage tooling, and ensure visibility and accountability from intake through release across the organization.

About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to join our Product Operations team and play a critical role in shaping how we operate across multiple product domains. This role balances three key responsibilities: serving as a strategic partner to specific product domains to drive execution, building and scaling processes and tools that support the entire PDE organization, and providing operational support for critical product releases to ensure smooth, timely, and impactful launches.

You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, UXR, and other relevant business stakeholders to ensure our teams are running smoothly, insights are translated into action, and we're delivering high-impact features for our customers and the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity, has experience building scalable systems within a PDE organization, and is passionate about enabling product and design teams to focus on what they do best: creating great customer experiences.

The Impact You Will Make

  • Act as an operational partner for specific product domains, ensuring clear priorities, effective planning, and seamless execution within the Product Development Lifecycle.
  • Build and scale repeatable processes across the product lifecycle, from discovery and research through launch and adoption to increase efficiency and clarity.
  • Provide operational support for critical product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment, readiness, and smooth execution.
  • Support operational rhythms such as quarterly planning, roadmap management, and dependency tracking within the assigned domain.
  • Translate UXR insights and customer feedback into processes that inform product decisions and outcomes.
  • Develop reporting and tracking mechanisms to surface progress, risks, and release outcomes to leadership.
  • Craft clear communications about product decisions, upcoming changes, and user-facing impacts.
  • Lead change management efforts related to product launches, new tooling, and process changes. Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in current processes and implement scalable solutions.
  • Advocate for user needs at scale by working with Care, Sales, and UX Research to capture feedback, translate insights into product impact, and establish mechanisms that make this process repeatable across domains.

What You Bring To The Table

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a related role supporting product teams.
  • Strong track record of building and scaling product operations processes in a high-growth, complex product and/or tech environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across levels and domains while managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience building reports, dashboards, and analyzing operational/product metrics.
  • Experience partnering with UXR and cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights and Voice of the Customer feedback into the product lifecycle, ensuring user needs inform roadmap prioritization
  • Proactive problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and can move seamlessly between strategic thinking and execution.
  • High situational awareness and demonstrable experience of building trusted relationships across product, design, engineering, and business teams, while confidently leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
