SSM Health is seeking a passionate Internal / Family Medicine Physician to join our established, family-centered practice in St. Charles, Missouri. The Role - Balanced Practice, Diverse Clinical Experience:

Enjoy a thoughtfully structured position designed for both professional satisfaction and personal well-being:

• Flexible Schedule Evolution : Begin with a traditional Monday-Friday (8am-4pm) schedule, with the opportunity to transition to 4 1/2 or 4 days per week as you establish your practice
• Manageable Call Requirements : Participate in a comfortable 1:8 weekend call rotation using our convenient TeamHealth app system
• Procedural Variety : Maintain and expand your procedural skills with in-office procedures, including sutures, joint injections, and abscess drainage
• Optimized Workflow : Benefit from dedicated clinical support with 3 exam rooms per provider and your own assigned Medical Assistant
• Collaborative Care Environment : Work within an integrated campus featuring on-site laboratory, imaging services, and urgent care
