We are looking for an IT/OT Engineer who will help build out & develop best in class work and work on innovative projects for the business.

Job Summary:

The IT/OT Engineer will be responsible for integrating and optimizing our IT and OT systems to ensure seamless communication and data exchange. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance system performance, security, and reliability in both IT and OT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IT and OT systems, ensuring they work together effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and improve existing systems and processes.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Implement cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive OT data and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in IT and OT environments.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
• Provide training and support to staff on new systems and technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IT and OT technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT and OT systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and industrial control systems (ICS).
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
• Familiarity with cloud computing and data analytics tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SCADA, PLCs, and other industrial automation systems.
• Certifications in relevant IT/OT technologies (e.g., CISSP, CEH, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the industry.
