Practice Details


* Join a developed Pediatric Hospitalist program with full staff support at Sanford Bemidji Medical Center


* Full-Time, 1.0 FTE: 169 x 12 hour shifts per year


* 12 hour shifts


* Level II nursery


* Average daily pediatric census: 2.5


* Average daily newborn census: 8


* Five OB/GYN Physicians


* 800 deliveries per year on average


* Excellent referral relationship with NICU/PICU at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, ND


Compensation Package


Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
Annual compensation range (based on 1.0 FTE): $207,279 - $268,243
Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
