**Position Overview**
Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a **Physician Assistant (PA)** specializing in **Behavioral Health** to join our growing team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality mental health care in a supportive, innovative environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- **Monitoring the work queue** for any asynchronous requests from patients established with psychiatrists at Likemind.
- **Conducting follow-up visits** with patients who have already been assessed by psychiatry, addressing their ongoing mental health needs.
- Providing **timely care** to patients who may need to be seen sooner than their established psychiatrist can accommodate.
- Collaborating with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, effective care delivery.

- **No On-Call Requirements** : You'll have regular hours (Monday Friday) with no on-call duty, ensuring a good work-life balance.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program
- EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience

Basic Life Support (BLS): Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.
