At Pareto Clinic, you will engage in a well-rounded mix of primary care services that extend beyond traditional office visits, including:
• Team-Based Rounds – Participate in daily and weekly discussions to optimize patient care
• Transitional & Chronic Care Management – Help patients navigate post-hospitalization and long-term health conditions
• Procedural Training & In-Office Treatments – Gain hands-on experience with point-of-care ultrasound, Pap smears, and minor procedures
• Telemedicine & Home Visits – Expand access to care through virtual and in-home consultations

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive evaluations, including medical histories and physical exams
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages
• Develop individualized care plans, including medication management and lifestyle recommendations
• Provide preventive care, including vaccinations, screenings, and wellness counseling
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies
• Work alongside physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and overall wellness
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations
• Engage in ongoing learning and quality improvement initiatives to refine clinical skills and stay current with best practices

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ethical decision-making
• Active Florida PA license and national board certification
