We are in search of a FULL TIME Family Practice/ Primary Care Physician to provide direct medical care to company employees and their family members. Most commonly seen cases are those involving hypertension. Full scope Family Practice environment. In SOME cases duties will include occupational health services (i.e., post-offer physicals, occupational surveillance exams, medical monitoring, return to work exams and Worker s Compensation medical guidance) In this role you will be supported by Health Center Manager 1 RN, 1 PA, 1 NP, 1 Medical Director, RN health coach, LVN, Phlebotomist, Receptionist Clinic hours: FORMTEXT 8A-8P Mon-Fri, 9A-12P Sat, 3x12 or 4 10's schedule possible FFFFFFFF Salary is around $ 250-265K plus relocation package. Required Qualifications: • We are considering those who have just completed a residency as well as those with years of experience Must be experienced seeing ages 2 and up • Experience in a primary care, urgent care or emergency room setting. • Must be FORMTEXT BC or BE in Primary care specialty, ideally 2-3 years post residency experience is ideal for someone to succeed in this role. FFFFFFFF If Board Eligible, must take certification exam within twelve months of date of hire. • Must have current state and federal DEA certification, able to obtain or in the process of obtaining. • Our client is in the process of changing their EMR system over to Epic. Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records. About the area and why a great place to live: Town has a reasonable housing market-price wise, and is is easily commutable from one end of town to the other. There are pocket communities, 15-20 minutes outside of town with larger lots, and more sq. foot per house, but still within 30 min of the clinic.
