Responsibilities:

The role of the Pharmacy Manager will be to supervise and direct the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy to provide excellence in patient care, patient safety, and adherence to regulatory requirements. This role will also require developing and implementing a strategy to drive access to medications, patient education and revenue generation.

Other responsibilities include:

• Inventory management and forecasting of medication usage to ensure the smooth functioning of the business.
• Oversee pharmacists, technicians and other personal within the department.
• Complete functions as a pharmacist to ensure adequate coverage for the department.
• Evolving outpatient pharmacy practice to increase patient satisfaction

Requirements

• The executive team knows that improvements and innovation in the pharmacy department will be driven, in part, by operational management.
• Minimum Education: BS Pharm. Preferred: Doctor of Pharmacy
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a pharmacist
• Preferred: 5 years of experience as a pharmacist
• 2 years of pharmacy leadership experience
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding patient and management expectations
• State of Wisconsin Pharmacist license or eligibility for WI Pharmacist Licensure and licensure must be obtained within three months of hire

This role is eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation package
