Job Description

Our client, a global manufacturing company is looking for an experience Payroll Specalist to join their team! This role is fully on-site in Secaucus, NJ. They are looking for someone with strong HRIS knowledge, and able to handle multi-state payroll.

• Process payroll for multiple locations using ADP software.
• Coordinate and review employee hours using E-Time and related interfaces.
• Handle and reconcile garnishments .
• Process 401k files .
• Maintain records of vacation, sick, and personal leave days.
• Manage the relationship with ADP.
• Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and supervisors.
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accurate personnel and data changes with HR assistance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and verify adherence.
• Review payroll deductions .
• Interpret and enforce company policies and government regulations related to payroll procedures.
• Monitor and coordinate the preparation of government reports through ADP.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school

5-10+ years of work experience

ADP payroll software, and HRIS system UKG UltiPro.
