Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and intellectually curious individual to join our in-house legal team as an entry-level paralegal. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or someone with prior experience as a paralegal in the financial industry. You will work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to support the legal needs of a dynamic financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on legal issues, regulations, and financial industry trends.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, corporate documents, and other legal materials.
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Support team operations, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining legal databases, and preparing reports.
• Work closely with attorneys and team members, contributing to a supportive and cooperative environment.
• Engage in research and analysis for special projects, demonstrating an eagerness to learn and grow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a top 50 college or university, with strong academic performance.
• Recent college graduate, OR
• Previous experience as a paralegal in a financial institution or law firm specializing in financial matters.
