Growing Private Fiduciary firm in Peoria, Arizona is seeking to hire a full-time Paralegal to support our Team. Applicants should have a Paralegal Certification/Degree or at least two years of work experience under an attorney or fiduciary. This is an Entry level or associate level position. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail and familiarity with statutes and rules associated with Estates, Trusts, and Guardianship/Conservatorships.

Job duties include: Meet and communicate with clients, attorneys, judicial staff & court investigators, corporate/private trustees, personal representatives, beneficiaries, family members and other professionals as required concerning case & client related legal proceedings, including guardianships/conservatorships, decedent’s estate and trust administration; Review and process incoming legal documents; Calendar and docket Court ordered & other compliance deadlines; Provide and manage fiduciary compliance; Support Real Estate Transactions; Prepare for Hearings; Obtain Letters and Bonding; Coordinate and facilitate the preparation, filing and recording of pleadings, and legal documents; Prepare Proposals for Distribution and Beneficiary Notices, Receipt & Releases; Manage real and personal property deeds and retitling.

Prior experience in Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianships/Conservatorships is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Word and Outlook, is required.

Starting Salary $60,000.00+ depending on experience.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM.
