HQC started operation in 1987 and has since grown into a full-service custom molder and manufacturer of stock and custom closures serving the food, dairy, personal care, household and medical device industries.

Building on our early success, we have expanded our capabilities well beyond injection molding. Our operations now include high-speed automated assembly, capping, lining, welding, decorating, prototyping and laser-marking. HQC customers also benefit from our state-of-the-art in-line vision inspection and automated packaging systems including a Cobot station.

HQC’s clean, modern manufacturing site is located in Oswego, IL.

We are looking to expand our Quality Technician Department. (packer/inspector). The ideal candidate will have an eye for details and a desire to send out perfect pieces or products to our customers and/or consumers,

Entry Level position- no experience necessary but if you have Warehouse work/ picker/ packer those are most helpful
Packer/Inspector - Starting rate for 2nd shift is $17.00 per hour and 3rd shift is $17.50 per hour:

Brief job description:

Watch product come off the machines, inspect them for defects or contamination, and then pack them into boxes to get them ready for shipping
