Are you ready to take the wheel and drive success? Sixt is looking for an Operations Trainer to achieve training objectives by leading all classroom and virtual-based trainings, creating training materials to align with company goals, following up with onboarding and tracking training completion.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You facilitate all classroom and virtual led training
• You onboard new employees
• You continually update training materials to align with operational needs and maintain the appearance of the training center up to SIXT standards 
• You perform in-person coaching at the branch level 
• You track all training completion for the participants
• You oversee the organization of training dates, travel, and direct billing accounts

YOUR SKILLS MATTER 

• Experience You have at least 2 years of management or training experience 
• Education You have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 
• Technical Proficiency  You are proficient in training processes, team-based project management, strong vendor management skills, Excel, and PowerPoint 
• Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills, can multi-task effectively, and excel in professional communication    
• Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks   
• Travel You are flexible and willing to travel 25 to 50%
