Are you an Occupational Therapist with a heart for helping others and a love for flexible, independent work? InHome Healthcare Services is looking for _per diem Occupational Therapists_ to support our growing team—specifically in the *Monterey Peninsula, focusing on the Salinas to King City area*.

In this role, you’ll enjoy the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in the comfort of their own homes, providing life-changing care across a diverse and dynamic community. *What You’ll Do:*
* Evaluate patients' functional abilities and create individualized care plans
* Recommend assistive devices and therapeutic interventions
* Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other care team members
* Provide education and guidance to patients and families
* Accurately document visits and progress reports
* Travel throughout the designated region for home visits

*What We’re Looking For:*
* Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of California
* Minimum 1 year of home health OT experience required
* Strong communication and time-management skills
* Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Current CPR certification and TB clearance

*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Prior experience in hospice or home health settings
