We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to join a high-acuity skilled nursing facility in Heath, OH.
This is an opportunity to lead a 150-bed ventilator-capable facility with a strong financial foundation, consistent census (120–125), and a full ventilator unit . The building is operationally sound and exceeding budget expectations, but requires a leader who can reinforce clinical accountability, rebuild internal trust , and serve as the public face of cultural transformation . The prior administrator exited amid transparency and communication concerns, and nurse managers are newer and need mentoring. Agency use (RNs only) began recently and is scheduled to be phased out.
This is a full-time, permanent leadership position offering a flexible compensation package targeting $140,000 , with the potential for substantial performance-based incentives. This role is hiring immediately.

Qualifications
Current Nursing Home Administrator License
5+ years experience in healthcare administration as a Nursing Home Administrator
Proven success in high-acuity, skilled nursing environments
Strong knowledge of compliance, survey readiness, and clinical operations
Outstanding communication, transparency, and leadership skills
Responsibilities
Lead and support department heads and nurse managers through cultural transition
Ensure accountability, regulatory compliance, and care quality across units
Oversee elimination of agency usage and strengthen internal staffing pipeline
Serve as a trusted liaison to families, staff, and referral sources
Continue improving census through hospital partnerships and reputation building
