As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based in East Bay Area, CA including Walnut Creek, Concord, San Ramon, Berkeley. Responsibilities include recommending loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements, managing a portfolio of customer relationships, seeking prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients, responsible for sales calls, developing and preparing loan solutions and referring products and services, reviewing documentation to ensure compliance, managing customer pipeline for efficiency, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions, and collecting and analyzing customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers. Candidates must be customer focused, knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction, and able to manage risk effectively in line with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Preferred skills include banking products, client prospecting, customer relationships, customer solutions, documentation, innovation, mortgages, and sales. Competencies include customer experience management, effective communications, financial analysis, loan origination, matrix management, mortgage products, sales tasks and activities, scheduling work and activities, and selling. Work experience typically requires a university/college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program. No degree or certifications are required. Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
