We’re looking for someone who brings more than just skills — we want someone who brings small town heart. We care most about your ability to connect with patients and teammates.
*What You’ll Bring:*
* A current Medical Assistant-Certified or Licensed Practical Nurse state licensure
* A commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
* A proactive attitude and a knack for teamwork
* Previous experience working in a lead or supervisory role in a medical setting
*What You’ll Do:*Supervise workflows of the medical assistant and LPN team and delegate tasks. Oversee the back office staff schedule and performance metrics. Collaborates with hospital and clinic leadership teams to develop and implement processes and policies to ensure positive patient outcomes. Actively work with preceptors and act as a resource for training programs.
