Material Handlers/Inventory Control needed for Varian Semiconductor Equipment, Applied Materials. The number one producer of ion implants in the world training in Newburyport and moving to Rowley at end of Summer. This is for the number one producer of ion implanters in the world.
Shift: 8:30am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri What You Need to Bring to the Table: Must Have Forklift Experience - Inventory experience in shortage reports; expediting materials and transferring parts in and out of the stock room.
- Requirement of Physical demand of resource on the floor, amt of standing, walking, carrying, pushing / pulling etc. - 75%
- Experience with dealing with other functional areas to provide information on material status, such as stock balances, coordinate shortages, etc.
- The new hires will train in NBPT until the Rowley warehouse opens this summer.
What You’ll Be Doing: - Receive, store, move and control materials in and out of company facilities.
- Maintains stock balances and coordinates shortages.
- Loading and/or unloading material, equipment or supplies from trucks or other vehicles.
- Process of moving material in/out of loading area and within the warehouse storage facility.
- Dealing with other functional areas to provide information on material status, such as stock balances, coordinate shortages, etc.
