POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Performance Analyst/Lead provides dedicated analytical support to the Global Marketing team, focusing on marketing performance reporting, customer insights, and database quality and governance. The ideal candidate will be a strong analytical thinker, a proactive doer, and a problem-solver who asks great questions, works with data to increase quality, and is excited to build foundational structures that drive meaningful impact. In addition to strong analytical skills, the candidate should be technically proficient, demonstrating the ability to leverage tools for automation and data optimization. Examples include building simple automation for reporting processes, communicating technical requirements effectively to IT teams, and collaborating on database integrations. The role encompasses holistic marketing performance reporting, including assessing marketing plan alignment and progress against bookings models, reporting in weekly commercial team meetings, and working closely with agencies to provide a comprehensive view of marketing performance. The Analyst will provide insights into customer segmentation, web activity, and promotional performance, building and optimizing marketing campaigns and reporting on their performance. They will be instrumental in creating reports and presenting findings to all levels of management, driving decision-making through actionable insights. Project management for customer database projects. Developing and optimizing booking models and BI tools. Translating operational technical requirements into actionable solutions. Working with agencies to align on and report marketing performance holistically. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Act as project manager for integrating multiple data sources into a unified customer database to support direct marketing and analytics. Gather and document requirements to build and maintain a robust customer database. Develop customer demographic dashboards to provide insights that support marketing and sales objectives. Provide analytics, trends, and insights to enhance targeting precision, improve booking cycles, and drive revenue. Define, execute, and report on campaigns incorporating consumer and product segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing. Establish and execute a data-driven campaign testing strategy. Facilitate effective targeting strategies, including segmentation and list pulls for promotional, loyalty, and triggered campaigns. Measure the effectiveness of all marketing and sales communications campaigns, optimizing return on investment. Monitor, analyze, and provide insights on consumer database performance to support database growth initiatives. Collaborate on eCommerce reporting and analysis, enhancing digital marketing optimization efforts. Build simple automations for reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort. Communicate technical requirements effectively with IT teams to develop solutions, such as ensuring proper FTP setup for data transfer. Create ad-hoc reports, distilling key learnings and actionable insights from data analysis. Lead BI reporting projects, including the creation of trading reports and booking models. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to deliver comprehensive performance reporting across all channels. Perform other duties as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Azamara Cruises
