Job Description

Our LA-based tech startup is in stealth mode and we are preparing to disrupt a $50B/year industry after several years of R&D, planning, building, etc. We have a team of 10 in place and we are now launching. This is a partially-remote, part-time LA-based opportunity to join a potentially industry-changing, early stage startup team in a fast-paced, "everyday is different" type of environment.

What we're looking for (ideally):

• A fast-paced, high-energy marketer and "doer"
• Has broad skills and is ready to jump into action where needed
• 5-8 years experience is ideal but we are not firm on this for the right person
• Digital marketing experience
• Offline marketing experience
• Social media and content creation experience
• Has experience growing brands, businesses, revenue, followers, users
• Able to make b2b sales calls and set meetings
• Able to take a task and run with it
• Must have weekday, daytime availability to work cross-departmentally and with external partners (some nights and weekends are OK, but not exclusively)

What you'll do:

• Assist with social media content and management
• Assist in growing b2b relationships/accounts
• Organic marketing, such as pop-up events, community building, content marketing, etc
• Print marketing, such as testing promotional flyers and mailers
• Assist in promotional items (working with graphic designers to create, order, distribute, etc)
• Assist in referral programs, trade programs, surveys, etc
• Work with CEO, COO, and others to directly support, design, and/or execute sales and marketing

This is an equity-only position at this time with the potential to evolve into a full-time role in the future. This role requires 10-20 hours per week, preferably closer to 20.
