The ideal candidate will have 8 or more years of marketing experience, ideally with a focus on legal marketing and business development. Salary: $150-180K + bonus Hours: 9:30-5:30 Schedule: Hybrid, onsite 3 days a week, 2 remote Job Duties: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients. Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve company objectives. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage key client accounts. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities or challenges. Create and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote products/services and drive brand awareness. Manage responses for pitches, proposals, presentations, and RFPs for practice area. Draft proposal letters and business development correspondence. Align marketing and business development goals with the company’s long-term strategy. Plan and manage budgets for marketing and business development initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA or JD preferred). 8+ years of experience in business development and/or marketing roles. Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and managing successful marketing campaigns.
