Position - Marketing Manager
Location - Grand Rapids, MI (Onsite/Hybrid)

Position Summary: In this role you will be responsible for spearheading print offerings, publishing strategies and donor mailings for the organization.

Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with Marketing Directors to implement strategies for Print Offers and Large Donor Engagement Mailings.
• Oversee and execute planned print projects, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Contact Center, Supply Chain, Print Production) to streamline print project implementation.
• Partner with the US Digital Marketing team to integrate digital offer strategies.
• Manage marketing projects from development through mailing using established processes and systems.
• Use reporting tools to provide insights on marketing efforts as needed.
• Assist with providing support to Marketing Communications teams.
• Act as the point of contact for member and donor engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or project management (preferred, not required)
• Strong exposure to digital marketing including social media, SEO, content, email, etc.
• Experience with traditional marketing
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with tools like Asana, Microsoft Project, Monday.com
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams), Google Drive File Transfer, Google Worksheets.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate as needed.

• Grand Rapids, MI (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
