Connections Personnel is hiring for a temp to hire detail oriented assembler for our client located in Liberty Corner, NJ. Ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling cargo racks and related components, ensuring all products meet high standards for quality and functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble cargo racks and components according to specifications and instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools and other equipment to complete assembly tasks.
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production processes.
• Report any issues or defects in material or workmanship to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of production and materials used.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.

Schedule: 7am-330pm plus overtime when needed
