Job Description

Our client, a leader in facilities management, is seeking a Maintenance Plumber to join their team. As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be part of the Facilities Department supporting the maintenance and safety of the assigned buildings. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

Location: Greer, SC

Shift : 3rd shift. 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday night through Thursday night. 

What's the Job?

• Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
• Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems and controls, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain general & preventative maintenance, carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management.
• Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.
• Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials, as requested.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
