Job Description

Our client, a leading medical manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting team goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, a strong ability to work in a team environment, and a willingness to learn and adapt, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Cockeysville, MD

Pay Range: $18.45 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA regulations, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards.
• Effectively work in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives.
• Follow standard operating procedures and make effective decisions relative to position requirements.
• Participate in training to operate machinery and adhere to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in machine operation.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English.
• Basic math skills to perform calculations as needed.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as required.
