About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Smart Home Operations Manager who has already held this role at another integrator or smart home company. This is not an entry-level role — we need a proven leader who can deliver multi-million-dollar luxury estates while also establishing the processes and standards that will guide our company into the future.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale luxury smart home projects.
• Partner with top-tier architects, designers, and builders to integrate technology seamlessly into design.
• Create and implement processes, documentation, and standards for consistent excellence across projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources with precision.
• Mentor technicians and elevate project performance company-wide.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as a Smart Home Project Manager at another integration firm (required).
• 3+ years of hands-on AV/automation experience: lighting, shades, audio, video, networking.
• Expertise with Savant, Crestron, and Control4.
• Strong client-facing presence; experience with luxury estates or high-net-worth clientele preferred.
• Proven ability to build and document processes and best practices.
• A detail-obsessed, solutions-driven leader who thrives in dynamic, creative environments.
