Long Term - Retail Sales ConsultantHi candidates, William the BeeKeeper is looking for a full or part-time shopkeeper who has experience with retail sales and is willing to work between Tuesday-Sunday. WBK is a vintage-inspired fashion boutique located in the French Concession. This job is not simple, but can be very rewarding. We pay a daily salary depending on sales experience and 10% of all sales made in addition to a bonus structure. Those who are active with our customers have done really well in the past. We are looking for candidates who are looking to establish themselves for at least a year, preferably longer, and who have a passion for the fashion industry and growing with small businesses. We currently have two stores and a third opening in Calfiornia. Our candidates are required to speak both English and Mandarin fluently--Shanghainese is a plus. It is also recommended that our shopkeepers have 2-3 years of sales experience (preferably in fashion) and a university degree (or in pursuit of one).
