Job Description

We are looking for a bilingual Logistics Specialist who is detail orientated and enjoys problem solving to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • The logistic specialist must obtain appropriate knowledge of the company’s products and know how these products should be handled and stored.
  • Must keep updated on new trends, makes recommendations to appropriate management regarding new products and services that can make the company profitable.
  • Logistics specialists should have expertise in proper handling of various equipment and packaging that is used to store and ship merchandise.
  • A logistics specialist is responsible for the proper upkeep of the company’s warehouse.
  • A logistics specialist should be a well-organized analytical and quick problem solver.
  • They should possess good communication skills as they frequently deal with lots of people from company management including merchandise salespeople.
  • Develop reports showing transportation costs on precise projects and moves.
  • Conduct physical cataloging, warehousing, inventorying, material control coordination and data entry assisting different supply activities.
  • Provide assistance for maintain logistics planning tasks.
  • Coordinate accountability of property and issue maintenance
  • Investigate inventory divergence, resolve issues and update database to replicate property movement.
  • Establish and maintain maximum and minimum consumables inventory levels.
  • Administer and maintain inventory control program systems and electronic property management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
  • customer OS&D. List up customer claims and inform the related dept, if needed.
