      • OPEN POSITION
        
    • Experienced Carrier Sales Reps
      • The Carrier Sales Rep is responsible for providing capacity solutions to support our customers truckload shipping needs. This position handles a wide range of duties to include capacity sourcing, rate negotiation and problem resolution.
      • Minimum Qualifications
        • High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree in business, logistics, supply chain, related fields or equivalent experience preferred.
        • 1-3 years of experience in brokerage operations and/or carrier procurement. Previous experience with DAT, Truckstop, and related systems would be beneficial.
        • Ability to persuade, motivate, influence and negotiate with others
        • Attention to detail and confident decision-making skills
        • Effective written and verbal communication and customer service skills
        • Driven, enthusiastic, high energy, resilient, agile and highly motivated
        • Ability to work and succeed both independently and with-in a team environment
