JCW is partnering with a Community Bank with locations in Kansas and Nebraska to bring on a new Loan Officer to their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loan Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate and agricultural loans, including operating lines of credit and long-term financing, ensuring sound risk ratings and early detection of potential issues.
• Business Development & Loan Origination: Source, develop, and underwrite new lending opportunities, structure loan terms based on risk considerations, and promote a full range of bank products to drive profitability.
• Branch Leadership: Lead the overall operations of the branch, conducting regular staff meetings, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and fostering a culture of respectful communication and teamwork.
• Client & Community Engagement: Serve as the face of the bank within the community by maintaining strong client relationships, responding promptly to customer needs, and participating in industry and local events.
• Strategic Oversight & Performance Review: Monitor key performance indicators such as overdrafts, past due accounts, and loan pipelines, while contributing to leadership meetings and strategic planning efforts.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of Lending experience.
• Ag Lending and Commercial Lending experience required
