Job Description

Salary 60,000 - 90,000 USD per year

Requirements:

- - Must be a Florida-based employee and reside in the state of Florida.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Training and Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of two years of experience with learning management systems, information technology, educational technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Relias LMS is preferred.
- Experience designing interactive course content using Articulate Storyline or a similar software system.
- Experience with training software and/or Electronic Data Management systems.
- HRIS/ATS experience, particularly with UltiPro/Ultimate Kronos Group is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish or other languages present in the local community) are preferred.

Responsibilities:

- - I will create and manage user accounts for learners, instructors, administrators, and other relevant roles.
- I will enroll users in courses or training programs, manage user access, and track progress, including the process of assigning courses to employees.
- I will maintain positive communication and collaboration with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors, utilizing a strong customer service approach.
- I will provide daily support to learners, helping them navigate and troubleshoot the LMS system.
- I will upload and organize course content, including text, multimedia files, assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
- I will set up course structures and learning journeys while working closely with department managers to ensure timely training.
- I will generate reports on user engagement, course completion rates, and other metrics, utilizing data analytics for continuous improvement.
- I will recommend and lead integration of the LMS with other software systems as needed.
- I will conduct quality checks on courses to meet instructional design and accessibility standards.
- I will train instructors and users on effective use of the LMS and gather feedback for improvement.
