    Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.

  • \n\t

    Draft and review legal documents including motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and discovery responses.

  • \n\t

    Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case strategy memos and briefs.

  • \n\t

    Collaborate with clients, paralegals, and legal assistants to develop case strategies.

  • \n\t

    Ensure deadlines and case milestones are met efficiently and accurately.

  • \n\t

    Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.

  • \n\t

    Stay informed on changes in family law and court procedures.

  • \n\t

    Contribute to the firm’s reputation through professional development and community involvement.

\n\n Qualifications \n\n
    \n\t
  • \n\t

    Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Active member in good standing of the Virginia State Bar.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Minimum of 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in family law.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Strong oral advocacy and written communication skills.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Proficiency with state court litigation procedures and local rules.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Ability to handle sensitive and emotionally charged situations with professionalism.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases independently.
