Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

We are seeking an Litigation Associate Attorney to join our esteemed Legal team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to be involved in a broad range of civil and fraud litigation matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, including civil and fraud litigation, while working collaboratively with our team of skilled attorneys. This role demands a high level of professional ethics, an exceptional understanding of legal principles and procedures, and a commitment to providing top-quality legal services to our clients.

Job Details
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in civil litigation or fraud litigation.
Admission to the state bar in Massachusetts
Proven track record of successfully litigating disputes, managing client relationships, and balancing multiple cases and responsibilities.
Proficient in legal research tools and litigation software.
Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong ability to draft and review legal documents, reports, and correspondence.
Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and empathize with clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, but also collaboratively, in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High level of professional ethics and integrity.
Willingness to keep up with changes in law, new trends, and advancements in the legal industry.
