Job Overview:
We are looking for ambitious and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Independent Life Insurance Agents. This role offers the flexibility of working independently while benefiting from a structured career path that includes opportunities for promotion into management and team leadership. You will help clients protect their financial futures by offering tailored life insurance solutions, while also having the option to build and lead your own sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and connect with potential clients to assess their insurance needs
Educate clients on various life insurance policies and recommend suitable coverage
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term financial security
Generate your own leads through networking and referrals
Stay up to date on industry trends, policies, and underwriting guidelines
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Management & Leadership Opportunity (Optional):
Recruit, train, and mentor new agents as you advance in your career
Become one of our Qualified Field Trainers and receive warm leads from the company while training new associates
Lead a team of sales professionals and support their growth and performance
Develop sales strategies and execute business growth plans
Earn additional income through overrides and team bonuses
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in sales and business development
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willingness to learn and obtain the necessary licensing (if not already licensed)
Experience in sales, customer service, or financial services is a plus but not required
