Lateral Environmental Law Partner
Our client, a highly respected law firm, is seeking a skilled Environmental Law Partner with significant water experience to join their team. This firm is renowned for its excellence in legal services and offers a supportive and flexible environment for its attorneys.
About the Role: This position is for a partner to join the Environmental and Water Law Practice. The firm is seeking a partner with extensive experience in litigation, regulatory compliance, and defense, as well as in conducting internal investigations. They represent clients before state courts, federal courts, and arbitration tribunals, and have successfully resolved numerous complex environmental disputes at mediation. The practice places particular emphasis on environmental enforcement actions, regulatory challenges, and issues related to climate change and environmental justice.
Candidate Requirements: Income Partners should have a minimum $400k book of business, while Equity Partners should have a minimum $1 million+ book of business.
Geographic and Hiring Flexibility: The firm has offices throughout California and is also open to California-barred attorneys based out of state.
