This is an opportunity to lead and grow a landscape maintenance division within a company known for high-end outdoor designs. As the
Landscape Maintenance Manager , you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing maintenance crews, and ensuring the highest standards of care. This role will start as a hands-on leadership position, with the expectation that as the division grows, your focus will shift more into management.
What You'll Do - Oversee daily operations of the landscape maintenance division
- Work alongside the crew to perform landscape maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and plant care
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and service plans
- Train and mentor team members, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols
- Conduct site evaluations and recommend improvements
- Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management for the maintenance division
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
What We're Looking For - Horticulture background (formal education or equivalent experience preferred)
- Strong plant knowledge and understanding of landscape maintenance best practices
- Experience managing landscape maintenance crews and client relationships
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work in the field alongside the team while managing client expectations
- A valid driver's license is required
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a growing team
