Key Responsibilities:

Engage with leads generated by our powerful marketing system—this is an excellent opportunity to jumpstart your career with a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Provide consultation to prospective loan applicants, answering their questions and helping them understand the variety of home loan products available.
Collect necessary financial documents to help complete loan applications and evaluate clients' financial eligibility.
Track your sales pipeline, exceed sales goals, generate referrals, and proactively create new business opportunities.
Work collaboratively in an office environment, alongside a supportive team, to accelerate your professional development and learning.

Required Skills & Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent (required), Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
1-3 years of sales-related experience.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Familiarity with mortgage products is a plus, but not required—willingness to learn is key.
Proactive and motivated to perform at a high level.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Encompass (LOS system) is a plus.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

The role may involve frequent sitting, standing, kneeling, and the use of hands to handle objects or tools.
Must have the ability to talk, hear, and see clearly in various conditions (e.g., close vision, distance vision).
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify solutions and respond effectively to customer needs.
Must be emotionally resilient and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.
Integrity and accountability are essential to this role—honesty and the ability to make sound ethical decisions are crucial.

Work Environment:

This role operates in an office setting, requiring routine use of a computer and office equipment.
While primarily an in-office position, remote work options are available.
The environment is typically moderate in noise level, with occasional business travel.
